CashTalks does not sell personal information for money. However, certain transmissions of your information — for example, to Partners who pay us a fee when we route a lead, or to potential advertising or attribution providers — may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and analogous laws in Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Virginia. You have the right to opt out of those transmissions.
How to opt out
You have three options:
- Submit the form below. We will record your opt-out against the email address you provide and against any future identifier we can reasonably associate with you. Where required, we will also propagate your opt-out to downstream Partners.
- Send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. Our website honors GPC signals where required by law. If your browser is sending a GPC signal, we treat your visit as a request to opt out for the duration of that browser session and, where possible, for any account associated with that browser.
- Email us at privacy@cashtalks.org with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share.”
We will not discriminate against you for exercising this right. Submitting this request does not delete information we already hold. To delete your information, submit a Data Request.
